PLACE AN ORDER

ONLINE ORDERS:

  1. Choose your favorite item(s).
  2. Select any add-ons for an extra touch, such as balloons, chocolates, or other items.
  3. Add a personalized message.
  4. Enter your details along with the recipient’s information.
  5. Choose your preferred delivery date and time.
  6. Select a payment method.
  7. Complete your billing information or contact us for offline payment options.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Our Customer Service team will confirm your order upon receipt and keep you updated on its delivery status. Before dispatching, we will send you a photo of the prepared item to ensure your satisfaction.

PAYMENT METHOD

Choose from one of the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • Online Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • Offline Payment: Money transfers via Western Union, MoneyGram, Tap Tap Send, or local money transfer services like Wish Money or OMT. You can also pay directly at our store in Achrafieh, Beirut.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our floral artists and plant specialists take care to ensure each order meets high standards. However, if you are unsatisfied, you may submit a claim within:

  • 2 hours of receiving fresh flowers or balloon items
  • 8 hours of receiving plants or accessory items

To be eligible for a return, items must remain in their original condition. Please provide a photo or video highlighting the issue to our Customer Service team, who will work to resolve the matter or initiate a refund if the claim is approved.
